Job Role: As a Business Development Executive, you will be responsible for supporting the sales team in various activities aimed at lead generation and customer acquisition. Your primary duties will include:
- Data Mining/Extraction: Utilize various online platforms and tools to extract relevant data such as contact information, company details, and industry insights.
- Online Lead Generation: Employ digital platforms and strategies to identify potential leads and prospects. This includes researching potential clients, understanding their needs, and qualifying them for further engagement.
- LinkedIn Sales: Leverage LinkedIn as a key tool for sales prospecting and engagement. Engage in outreach activities, connect with relevant industry professionals, and initiate conversations to foster relationships and generate leads.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct thorough research to identify potential leads and prospects.
- Collect and organize data using CRM tools or spreadsheets.
- Assist in creating and implementing lead generation strategies.
- Engage in outreach activities through email, LinkedIn, and other communication channels.
- Collaborate with the sales team to coordinate follow-up activities and nurture leads through the sales pipeline.
- Monitor and track sales metrics and performance indicators.
- Provide regular reports and updates on lead generation activities and outcomes.
Qualifications and Skills:
- MBA or PGDBM with a focus on Marketing or Sales.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to conduct online research effectively.
